The Washington National Golf Club is in southern Seattle just east of downtown Auburn. This 18-hole Seattle golf club is the home course for the men's and women's golf teams of the University of Washington. It's a par-72 measuring in at 7,300 yards from the Championship Tees and just about 5,100 from the ladies.
South of Tacoma along Interstate 5, Tumwater features the Tumwater Valley Golf Club, while Chehalis is home to the Riverside Golf Club. Visit in the spring for Tumwater Valley Golf Club St. Patrick's Day events like Closest to the Leprechaun Tree, the Lucky 7 Iron Hole, Closest to the Pot of Gold chipping contest, and the Long Drive battle.
For some golf on the coast, don't miss the Ocean Shores Golf Course in, you guessed it, Ocean Shores. Be sure to try other Washington coast golf courses like the Peninsula Golf Course in Long Beach, the Surfside Golf Course in Ocean Park, or the Highland Golf Course in Cosmopolis.
Set near the Washington-Oregon border, you'll find the Three Rivers Golf Club – one of Kelso's top golf destinations. In mid-July, check out the Heritage Bank Women's Scramble, one of the top female golf tournaments in the lower Columbia.
